Have you ever wondered about how user experience (UX) works at a large academic library? If so, come hear Nadaleen Tempelman-Kluit, Discovery and Digital Access Librarian at New York University, explain about how she was able to introduce UX methods and tools to NYU’s library community, talk about the types of UX projects she’s done for the library, and describe the challenges she faces in bringing a UX perspective to improve the library’s services.
