Position Descriptions
Vice-President, Finance
Duties shall include, but not be limited to, coordinating all financial matters of the organization; keeping an accurate and complete record of all monetary transactions; requests and disburses fund money in accordance with the regulations of the Student Council Finance Committee of Pratt Institute.
Vice-President, Records
Duties shall include, but not be limited to, keeping an accurate and permanent record of the organization; taking minutes of the meetings and disbursing minutes to the officers and advisor within one week of meetings.
